Return Policy – Sprouting Positivity Boutique

 

 

At Sprouting Positivity, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer returns under the following policy:

 

Return Period


Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

 

Proof of Purchase


A valid email receipt is required for all returns. This ensures we can accurately locate and verify your order.

 

Eligible Items


Items must be
unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.
Please note that the following items are
non-returnable:

·       Final sale or clearance items

·       Accessories (including jewelry, hats, and bags)

·       Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

 

Return Options

·       In-Store Purchases: Eligible items may be returned in person at our boutique during regular business hours.

·       Online Purchases: To initiate a return by mail, please contact us at sprouting.positvity.llc@gmail.com with your order information. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

 

Refund Method


Approved returns will be issued as
store credit to be used on future purchases. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds at this time.
